A digital signage supplier with the design studio in the same building
We sell the screens, we make what goes on them, and in most of London and Essex we deliver and fit them ourselves. One supplier, one number to call, and one company responsible when something needs sorting out.
iDealz Media UK Limited supplies digital signage to UK retail and hospitality — menu boards for takeaways and cafés, window displays for pharmacies and estate agents, freestanding totems, self-ordering kiosks, interactive screens and LED walls.
Most of our customers are a single shop rather than a chain: someone standing behind a counter who wants their menu to stop being six laminated sheets, and who needs the whole thing to work without hiring anybody to run it. That shapes what we sell and how we sell it. Screens that plug in and work are on the site with a price and a delivery date. Anything that needs measuring, power, fitters or a survey is quoted properly after we have come and looked at it — because guessing at that is how a job goes wrong on the day.
Everything ships from our unit in Hainault, where it is unpacked, powered on and checked before it goes anywhere near a customer.
Why buy from us
We hold stock, and say so honestly
What we have on the shelf ships with a delivery date on it. What we do not, we tell you is made to order and give you a week — rather than calling it "in stock" and going quiet for a month. Either way you can cancel a made-to-order screen for a full refund right up until it leaves us.
The artwork is done here
Menu layouts, animated boards, seasonal changes. A screen with nothing good on it is an expensive way to display a spreadsheet, and most of the signage that disappoints people fails on the content rather than the panel.
Our own van and our own fitters
Across east London and Essex we deliver and install ourselves, on set run days. Nobody is handed a subcontractor’s number, and there is no argument about whether a fault is the screen or the installation.
We import as the seller, not the middleman
Screens come to our unit in Hainault, where they are power-on tested, checked for a proper BS 1363 plug and repacked before they go out. It costs us a stage that shipping factory-direct would skip — which is the stage where you would otherwise find the fault.

We share an owner and an address with IW FMS
IW FMS handles facilities management — the maintenance side of keeping premises running. Digital screens are the first service on their list, and that side of the work is ours. If the two sites look related, it is because they are.
