Every gym has the same wall: a printed timetable with two classes crossed out in biro and a new one written in the margin. It is the first thing a prospective member reads and it says more about the place than the equipment does.

A screen fixes the timetable and then earns its keep twice over — induction offers by the door, class promotion in the studio, and the same panel doing both at different times of day.

Readable mid-workout

Someone glancing up between sets is reading from further away and for less time than someone at a counter. Fewer lines, bigger type.

Reception and studio are different screens

Reception sells memberships to people walking in. The studio screen tells people already inside what is on next. Same hardware, different content.

Mounted out of the way

Anywhere weights are being lifted, a screen wants to be high and on a solid fixing. That usually means a survey rather than a bracket out of a box.

Can the timetable update automatically from our booking system?

Not today — content is prepared and loaded rather than pulled live from a third-party booking platform. For a timetable that changes termly rather than hourly, that is usually the more reliable arrangement.

How high should it go?

High enough to be clear of equipment and heads, low enough to read without craning. In practice that is a decision made on site, which is why anything needing a structural fixing is surveyed first.

How quickly can we have it?

If we hold the size, the product page gives you an exact delivery day before you order. If we do not, it is built to order on a three to four week lead and the page says so — we never label something in stock when it is not.
